11th Semester of SIT MOJ

CCCL is hosting the 11th semester of SIT MOJ “Field Studies in Journalism and New Media”. A long term program based in Rabat that extends from January 29th to May 13th, 2017. Students will have intensive Arabic and French classes and field studies on Journalism; a wide variety of lectures in the domain of Journalism and Media in Morocco. They will also go on excursions to different regions of Morocco including the three imperial Cities: Meknes, Fes and Marrakech in addition to a village stay. Students are called to conduct an independent Study project related to the field and experience living with Moroccan Families in the old Medina of Rabat.
 

SIT MIGRATION SPRING SEMESTER AT CCCL

CCCL is hosting Morocco Migration and Transnational Identity program for the spring semester for a group of students from School for International Training (SIT). This program is from January 29th to May 13th, 2017. It consists of various components, among which: are orientation sessions, Arabic courses, visits to some Governmental administrations and local NGOs lectures that pour in the field of Migration and Transnational Identity. To ease their Arabic learning and practice, they will be placed in different homestay with families to get a full immersion in the Moroccan culture. Students will participate to seminars and excursions to different parts of the country. At the end of the program, each of them will present an independent study project.
 

SIT Grad School at CCCL

CCCL is hosting a group of students from SIT Grad School for a short term program. Through this program, the participants will have an opportunity to learn about issues on culture and tourism sustainability in Morocco.

Students will experience living with Moroccan families and will discover the diversity of cultural and social environments through excursions and CCCL staff, faculty partners and civil societies.

 

 

 

American University Students at CCCL

Our Center is running currently various programs on January 2017 for different US universities (77 participants).

The components of each program includes various activities designed to respond to each university needs. Among these activities are: orientation sessions about Moroccan traditions, customs, health issues, lectures provided by specialized speakers and Arabic courses given by experienced teachers.

The students will gain a rich experience about the Moroccan culture and the living style while they are with their homestay families. They will also go on excursions to explore some regions of Morocco including imperial cities like Meknes, Fes and Marrakech and will visit some rural places as well.

CCCL welcomes and wishes a memorable experience for all its students.
